Setting up a new computer or laptop for the first time can be very intimidating and time consuming; getting all the software installed and configured, the printer working, the internet connection tested and the email online is a major headache and one that requires expertise and experience. Configuring a network to share information, printers and the internet either through a wireless or wired setup can be equally baffling - but not to us!
